Vendor Information

We invite you to join us as a vendor in celebrating our western heritage at this year's event. With attendance expected to greatly increase again this year, we are sure this event will be a terrific way to showcase your business. We welcome you and hope to see you this year!  

Preferred locations will be given to vendors who pre-register and pay prior to June 15, 2024.   All booth rates include two 3-day passes per registered vendor (vendor plus one).  Additional passes will need to be purchased separately if vendor plans to have more than two in attendance.  

Vendor fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full to reserve a vendor space.   Vendor fees includes vendor space for 3 days, camping, and access to all events including concerts for the duration of the event. (VIP Access not included).
